New York Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz cardamom syrup
  • 1 oz egg white
  • ½ oz red wine
  • Lemon peel

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and continue to shake for 30 additional seconds.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass and slowly float red wine off the back of a spoon.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel.
