New York Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz cardamom syrup
- 1 oz egg white
- ½ oz red wine
- Lemon peel
DIRECTIONS
- Add STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and continue to shake for 30 additional seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass and slowly float red wine off the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
