INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 oz honey sage syrup
Honey Sage Syrup
- 200g filtered water
- 300g honey
- 15g fresh sage
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the Honey Sage Syrup by adding all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let the mixture cool, strain the syrup and discard the solids.
- In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.
- Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds.
- Double-strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne and a fine strainer.
- Garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
