Pomegranate Whisky Sour

Method: Shake
Ice: Served with Ice Ball
Garnish: Grenadine Syrup
Cocktail Ingredients:
- 2 oz of STALK & BARREL whisky
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Pomegranate syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Drizzle of Grenadine syrup
Syrup Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
Cocktail Directions:
1. In a mixing beaker, first your egg white, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup.
2. Next, add your STALK&BARREL whisky.
3. Add ice, and shake until contents are combined and chilled.
4. Dispose of used ice, and shake the contents again.
5. Double strain over ice ball, and garnish with Grenadine syrup.
Syrup Directions:
- Combine the sugar and juice in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer, stirring every 5-10 minutes for 1 hour or until thickened.*
- Taste and stir in lemon juice if you want more tang. Then transfer to storage jars.*
