INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
- 1 oz Nutty Solera Medium Sherry
- 0.75 oz Whipping cream
- 0.5 oz Maple syrup
- 1 Whole egg
DIRECTIONS
- In the cocktail shaker, add all ingredients.
- Dry shake for 10 seconds.
- Fill with ice and shake hard for 8 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne and fine strainer.
- Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
