Paper Plane

INGREDIENTS

• ¾ oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
• ¾ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz Amaro
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 oz Champagne
• Lemon slice

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into cocktail glass, and top with champagne
3. Garnish with lemon slice
