Smoked Lemon and Rosemary Whisky Fizz
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz rosemary simple syrup
- 2 oz soda water
- Fresh rosemary sprig and lemon peel for garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Using a smoking saucer, smoke wood chips in your cocktail glass and set aside
- Add STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky, fresh lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup to your glass and mix with ice until chilled.
- Pour over ice in your prepared cocktail glass, top with soda, and garnish with a fresh rosemary spring and lemon peel.
