Ingredients
1 oz Stalk & Barrel Whisky
0.5 oz Laphroaig Scotch
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 Lime Juice
4 Mint Leaves

Directions
1. Muddle the 4 mint leaves and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake for 15 seconds, until the contents are combined and chilled.
3. Drouble strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with mint spring.
