STALK&BARREL’s Passion Punch Batched Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup STALK&BARREL Handcrafted Canadian Whisky
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup cilantro simple syrup
  • 1/2 passion fruit juice
  • 1/4 lime juice
  • 9 ripe passion fruits

Cilantro Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cilantro

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the Cilantro Simple Syrup by combining sugar and water in a saucepan, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add cilantro, steeping for 15 minutes. Strain out the solids and let the syrup cool. Refrigerate for up to two weeks. 
  2. In a large pitcher, combine all of the ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cut 8 passion fruits in half, scoop out the pulp and seeds, and add them to the pitcher. Discard the skins.
  4. Add ice and stir.
  5. Garnish with freshly cut passion fruit and cilantro.
