Ingredients

2 oz. Stalk & Barrel Whisky
1 oz. Fuji apple juice
3/4 oz. Pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Ginger syrup

Ginger Syrup

1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Sliced Fresh Ginger

Instructions

1. Slice and coarsely chop the ginger.
2. In a non-reactive saucepan, combine ginger, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45–60 minutes.
3. Let cool, strain, and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker tin.
2. Add ice and shake untl contents are combined and chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
4. Garnish with apple slices or pineapple slice.
